Ostovich was victorious in round two via an armbar submission. Rachael is set to fight with Veronica Macedo on UFC on ESPN+ 14 on Tuesday 10 August 2019. Then she was replaced by Polyana Viana for unknown reasons. Ostovich had a meeting with Shana Donbson in Auckland New Zealand on UFC Fight Night night 168 which was scheduled for the 23rd of February in 2020. Ostovich however, on the flip aspect, was removed from the fight following a positive test for ostarine. Priscila Camchoeira then replaced her. A report published on 18 June it was reported that Ostovich was given the USADA one year sanction after positive testing for ostarine in the start of 2020. Ostovich was suspended for 8 months after she tested positive for GW1516 on the 3rd of January 2020. The ingredient that was considered not legal was found, but it wasn't mentioned on the label. Gina Mazany will fight Blaydes on ESPN on 28 November 2020. Mazany was kicked out of the fight in the third by body kicks. On December 7 2020 Ostovich was kicked out by the UFC following three consecutive losses.
